Quinton has over 10+ years experience in business services ranging from delivery, consulting, landscaping, & janitorial services.  He leads the team in managerial, administrative, and marketing, but also sets the example as the face of the business with hard work and tenacity dedicated to customer satisfaction, striving for business perfection!  He is a family man with 2 kids & a new adopted daughter from the Philippines, with a wonderful wife of 20 years!  He also dedicates himself with not only running & growing the business, but living his dream as the glue of 4 sides of the families, a mentor and teacher of the youth and other striving entrepreneurs, & traveling internationally exploring new environments and always looking for new opportunities!

Quintessentialbiz, LLC is a family owned business with over 10+ experience in many different business essential services & needs.  Quinton's wife Chantal Hedgepeth is the backbone of the business, having her own janitorial business with over 10+ experience in her industry.  She left her Asst. Manager's job at Suntrust bank to pursue her dream of being an entrepreneur, & she made it come true!  She is a family woman from the Philippines, now a citizen of America, representing her family back home by pioneering her way as a strong dedicated hard-working woman now in American as a successful entrepreneur.  She recently adopted her sister, showing both children how to be educated, dedicated, ambitious, and successful.  Together with her husband Quinton they are on a mission to make Quintessentialbiz, LLC one of the best businesses known in the Nation's Capital!
